During an Assisted Staging Session, we offer hands-on help in implementing the suggestions outlined in the Pre-Listing Staging Plan. This includes finding a functional layout for the existing furniture that works to showcase the property’s square footage, depersonalizing, decluttering, and adding accents and accessories from our inventory to enhance the overall appearance of the home. This service is priced based on project needs and information, and pricing for this add-on service is provided in the Pre-Listing Staging Plan.

For each vacant listing, our team curates a customized design plan and pulls furnishings from our own inventory, rather than renting from a third party, so that we can guarantee the quality and availability for each installation.

Our base vacant staging package starts at an investment of $1,500.00 and includes staging of the high-impact areas of the home: living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and accents in bathrooms.
