Pre-Listing Staging Plan

A member of our design team will come and do a walk-through evaluation of the property from a buyer’s perspective. We compile a detailed room-by-room guide tailored to your listing that suggests updates, layout changes, and staging advice that is intended to increase the marketability of the property.

The information and suggestions outlined in the Pre-Listing Staging Plan can then be implemented independently by the homeowner(s) or with our assistance.

Once you have submitted a request, we will reach out to you within two business days with available walk-through dates.
